Weed Wacker | It's rainy season, and the grass has been growing. So much so, that it is scary to walk for fear of snakes and other creepy crawlers. So, we bought a weed wacker and set Tong loose with minimal instruction from Rick. Fairly soon, a crowd had gathered to witness the new contraption and everybody wanted to give it a try including Yai. Yai's opinion remains that it's much more efficient to just burn the grass! |

2018 Loi Krathong | The float is a 2" thick slice of a banana tree trunk wrapped in banana leaves and topped with flowers, incense and a candle. We made ours at home using the banana trees and flowers in the yard, then went to the nearest river to launch. This is Cream's first time at Loi Krathong, and there are lots of people, so she's a bit awed by it all. |
